Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Auditor to join our team. As an Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with FDA regulations, conducting quality assurance audits, and managing compliance processes. This is a vital role in maintaining the integrity and safety of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits of manufacturing processes, clinical trials, and research activities to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and company standards
- Review and analyze data, documentation, and reports to identify any deviations or non-compliance issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop corrective action plans and implement process improvements
- Perform risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance and develop strategies to mitigate risks
- Monitor ongoing compliance activities and provide guidance to ensure adherence to regulations and standards
- Prepare audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions
- Stay updated on industry trends, changes in regulations, and best practices related to auditing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry or Life Sciences
- Proven experience as an Auditor in a regulated industry, preferably in pharmaceuticals or medical devices
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, clinical trials, and quality assurance principles
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset for reviewing complex data and documentation
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions based on regulatory requirements
