TTLC Inc. is a local Lawn Care and Roofing services Company with 4 locations Chicago, Plainfield IL, O'Fallon IL, Davenport IA.
We are looking for a passionate IT Helpdesk support to be located out of our Plainfield office with some travel to other offices. We are HIRING IMMEDIATELY.
IT Support Specialist Job responsibilities
- Collaborating with management, with vendors, company customers, IT colleagues to understand customer requirements and system interfaces
- Assessing available technologies/vendor packages, and implements solutions
- IT Helpdesk including but not limited to: assist with onboarding new employees, setting up new equipment, managing equipment inventory, rebooting systems and softwares, contact internet companies when necessary, etc.
- Compiling and assessing user feedback to improve software performance and products
- Assisting the marketing department with email blasting and area analysis for marketing purposes
- Work with Managers to create and develop customized software for the business
IT Support Specialist Requirements
- At least 1.5 years of progressive work experience in job offered/related occupation
- Familiarity in popular coding languages including Python, Java and C and frameworks or systems such as AngularJS and Git
- Excellent knowledge of the software development life cycle
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team
- Experience with OOP/hands-on experience
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must have a Valid Drivers License
