Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our team. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for assisting potential tenants with the leasing process, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our residents.

Duties:
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and highlight key features
- Assist applicants with the leasing process from application to lease signing
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a focus on customer service
- Maintain accurate records of prospective and current tenants using property management software
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional services or amenities
- Collaborate with property management team to address tenant concerns and resolve issues promptly

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate administrative roles or property management preferred
- Proficiency in data entry and administrative tasks
- Knowledge of leasing laws and regulations
- Familiarity with Yardi or other property management software is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is advantageous

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
