The Communications Associate will Develop external communications to member and stakeholder groups, including updates, presentations, webinar materials, talking points, website content, social media content and marketing collateral. Assist with editing, writing and posting internal communications. Help ensure that FHLBank messaging communicated across multiple channels is consistent and adapted appropriately to each medium. Manage FHLBank’s library of informational content, including monitoring where, when and how content is being used. Work with other team members to ensure that FHLBank website and social media content stays relevant and updated. Assist with establishing, reviewing and interpreting analytics, data monitoring and multimedia activity. Support the execution of postings/updates to FHLBank’s electronic channels. Collaborate with FHLBank colleagues to build a library of success stories that elevate our members and showcase FHLBank’s products for relevant stakeholders. Serve as a reliable teammate in all department activities, including staff meetings, brainstorming sessions and other duties as assigned. Ensure that FHLBank branding and visual identity standards are applied on a consistent basis.
