Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for daily booking.
- Helping Accountant manager for the monthly and yearly closing job.
- Perform and review account reconciliations
- Prepare and review account analysis
- Support quarterly and year end audits and filings
- Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- 1 - 2 years related experience and/or training (Preferred)
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Pharmaceutical Industry knowledge is a plus.
- Proficient in QuickBooks accounting software, order processing systems is a plus.
