Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Associates to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering a personalized shopping experience to our customers, assisting them in finding the perfect piece of jewelry for any occasion.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in exploring our diverse collection of jewelry.
• Listen attentively to customers' preferences and provide knowledgeable guidance on product selection.
• Educate customers about the quality, craftsmanship, and significance of our jewelry pieces.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including arranging displays and restocking inventory.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service, follow-up communication, and personalized recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Requirements:

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred, especially in the jewelry industry.
• Passion for jewelry and a keen eye for design and quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
