What will you be doing as our Production Technician?
- Attending morning briefings to understand the production schedule for the day.
- Assembling products quickly and efficiently aligned with the daily schedule.
- Using our digital workflow system to record parts used and products assembled.
- Working with the Shipping and Receiving team to ensure items are ready for despatch.
- Routinely building tanks to rigorous specifications.
- Fitting and assembling metal parts, tools, or sub-assemblies.
- Installing hoses and fittings to tanks.
- Using a variety of handheld and fixed tools such as cranes.
- Ensuring all areas of work are kept safe and tidy.
- Identifying and sharing ideas for improving processes in the assembly area.
- Operating in a way that puts the safety of yourself and others as the highest priority.
- Working as a team to get the job done.
- Able to communicate effectively.
- Able to follow both written and verbal instructions.
- Able to work confidently in a workshop environment.
- Strong hand-eye coordination.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Confident with technology.
- Experience of welding or brazing parts.
- Electrical knowledge, understanding and experience.
- A skilled forklift operator (reach and counterbalance).
