Front Desk Receptionist
Front Desk Specialist (Pinecrest)

Blow-N-Dry Lounge is Pinecrest's premiere blow-dry lounge, specializing in blowouts, hair extensions and makeup. We are actively seeking salon receptionists to coordinate and manage our front reception with the ease and grace of the perfect host! If you have the capability to work in a fast paced, high demanding environment all while maintaining the utmost level of work ethic and efficiency, then you might be the perfect candidate!

Requirements:

  • Booker or equivalent program proficient
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Capable of managing multiple phone lines
  • Strong command of a front desk that oversees 12 service providers
  • Customer service and sales experience
  • Flexible working hours ranging from Monday - Sunday
  • Ability to stand for long working hours, while maintaining upbeat persona
  • Pleasant phone voice
  • Professional appearance at all times

Primary Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Managing appointment program
  • Problem solving while maintaining a good disposition
  • Providing friendly service under pressure
  • Answering multi phone lines all while prioritizing responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness of front desk, common areas and retail area
  • Collecting clients personal information with no errors
  • Making phone calls to confirm appointments
  • Greeting, and checking clients in for their appointments
  • Offer clients something to drink upon arrival
  • Filling out service tickets and presenting to stylists
  • Ensuring stylists are on schedule
  • Assist in keeping towels washed, dried, folded and put away
  • Checking guests out, collecting money for their services, with no errors
  • Re-booking guests for future appointments
  • Sweeping and mopping upon close of shift

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 30 per week
