Clinician at Respect My Beautiful Counseling & Consulting

Respect My Beautiful Counseling & Consulting is a growing private practice dedicated to empowering young girls and women to overcome obstacles and thrive in their everyday lives.

We are currently seeking dedicated emerging and licensed clinicians who are passionate about helping a diverse population of young girls and women improve their quality of life. By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact and contribute to our mission of supporting young girls and women on their journey of healing, growth, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

· Provide individual, family, and/or couples counseling services to clients, focusing on the unique needs of young girls and women

· Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's specific goals and challenges

· Conduct intake assessments and gather relevant background information

· Offer guidance and support to clients as they navigate and overcome obstacles in their lives

· Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive care and ensure the best outcomes for clients

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, progress notes, and other relevant documentation

· Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in counseling and therapy

Qualifications:

· Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field

· Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., LCPC, LGPC, LCSW-C, LMSW, LCMFT, LGMFT or Interns currently enrolled in a master's degree program).

· Experience or expertise in working with children, teens, family, and/or couples

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients

· Empathy, compassion, and the ability to provide non-judgmental support

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and possibly one day on the weekends

· Positive energy, a team player mentality, and a genuine interest in helping clients make positive changes in their lives

· Ability to work remotely via Telehealth, in-person, or Hybrid model
