Avera is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) III looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera's patient-focused settings.
Position Highlights:
- Student Loan Repayment: This RN position is eligible for Avera's Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save money. Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will help pay down your principal balance faster.

- Under the direction and supervision of the Operative Services Director is directly responsible for performing circulating and/or scrub nurse duties in the Operating Room; for providing nursing care to patients preoperatively, perioperatively, and postoperatively in support of care directed by the surgeon; for providing other assistance as required to the surgical team; and for acting in any nursing capacity as directed by the Operating Room Director and Coordinator.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, Associates at minimum.
- Current licensure with the State of SD as a Registered Nurse or multi-state licensure
- Monday - Friday; 80 hours every 2 weeks
- 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Approximately every 8th weekend and holiday
- Call time 3-4 times per month
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
- $31.00 - $46.50 per hour
