Bien-Air Dental Territory Sales Representative

Primary Location : Phoenix, AZ

JOB SUMMARY :

Drive sales of Bien Air Products; solicit new business through personal efforts and referrals; maximize the customer experience;

develop productive relationships with customers and distribution partners.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Cold call dental offices and work leads generated through advertising or dealer partners to convert them into a hands-on demonstration
• Deliver, install, train and attend end user demonstrations
• Conduct face-to-face sales calls, lead sales activities with assigned customers, and partner with them to build long-term relationships
• Prospect to drive profitable growth and achieve sales goals
• Use computer systems to track opportunities, update customer records, and record sales activity
• Engage in continuous learning, expected to be well versed on Bien Air’s product offering and up to date on all aspects of the dental industry
• Co-travel with distribution representatives to attain sales objectives and field activity goals
• Communicate with the National Sales Manager to initiate, track, and monitor strategic sales objectives and campaigns across the region
• Train dealer partners and end users
• Attend conventions, regional business development meetings in the assigned market
• Help drive attendance at Bien-Air sponsored events and aid in closing sales
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required
• Meet company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed and conduct all work-related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with company policies and procedures

Experience :

Minimum 5 years outside sales in dental industry preferred

Experience with capital equipment, mainly dental delivery unit preferred

Strong Business Acumen

Presentation Skills

Proven track record of winning new business

Computers Skills with an emphasis on Power Point and Excel.
