We are looking to hire an experienced Marketing Manager in the Phoenix, Arizona market. Possibility of working remotely.
Job Description
- Oversee and work with Contact Center Manager to ensure issued lead goals are reached daily
- Oversee and work with Show / Event Manager to ensure goals are reached monthly
- Work with Sales Manager to understand and meet lead demand on a weekly basis
- Manage overall marketing spend and marketing calendar to maintain a 10% cost of marketing or less
- Negotiate and purchase media buys for TV, Radio, and News Paper
- Manage manufacture lead programs
- Manage Paid Lead vendors
- Manage PPC vendors
- Work with Website developer to increase content and brand awareness
- Manger social media posts
- Measure and report results
- Strong communications skills
- Positive, outgoing personality
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to coach, train and motivate others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work weekends
