We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. A successful candidate can work both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders, crafting internal and external marketing initiatives that help our team provide exceptional care to children with autism, as well as support our clients and grow awareness of Kyo. Kyo's Marketing Associate role is a Non-exempt, Part-time (15-20 hours/week) position.

Location: Remote 

Primary job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Content Creation: Assist in creating compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and website, ensuring alignment with the company's messaging and branding.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and implementing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and community engagement.
• Online Reviews: Manage Kyo’s online brand reputation by crafting responses to online reviews on Google, Indeed and Glassdoor.
• Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and conferences to promote Kyo and strengthen relationships with job seekers, clients, diagnosticians and industry leaders.
• Website Management: Perform lightweight design and copy updates to the company website and intranet site.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including talent & operations, to ensure consistent messaging and a unified brand image.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or currently enrolled in BA/BS.
• Strong graphic design skills and proficient in using design software (e.g. Canva, Unlayer), social media platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an attention to detail.
• Strong internet connection and professional environment with the ability to utilize video conferencing for long periods of time with limited interruptions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as drive projects independently, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.

PHYSICAL AND BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to sit and use a computer for extended periods of time.
• Exhibit manual dexterity to regularly use and enter data into a computer/tablet/phone.
• Ability to read and interpret documents in the English language such as employee handbooks, training materials and procedure manuals.
• No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
• No or very limited physical effort required.
• Ability to perform data entry, operate standard office equipment e.g. copiers, fax.
