Robotic Programming & Welding Technician ($65,000 - $75,000)
Experience:
3-6 years of experience in robotic programming and operation
5 years in a manufacturing environment (or equivalent education)
3 years of TIG & MIG welding with sheet metal/tubing experience (close tolerance parts)
CWI Certification a Plus!
Education & Training:
Technician coursework, AA Technical Degree, or equivalent experience
Working knowledge of robotic programming software (e.g., Robot Studio)
Skills:
Operate & program 2 robotic welding systems.
Develop new welding procedures and program weld paths.
Train technicians on robotic welding
Conduct process audits.
Perform basic mechanical assemblies.
Read and interpret complex blueprints & work instructions.
Knowledge of AWS welding symbols (GD&T preferred)
