**Job Overview:** We are seeking a Stock Supervisor to join our team. The Stock Supervisor will oversee the stockroom operations and ensure efficient handling of merchandise and inventory. **Responsibilities:** - Manage stockroom activities including receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory levels - Supervise stockroom staff, providing guidance and training as needed - Monitor stock levels and place orders for replenishment - Coordinate with the sales team to fulfill customer orders promptly - Utilize forklifts and other equipment for loading and unloading shipments - Operate cash registers for sales transactions when necessary **Skills:** - Experience in shipping, receiving, and stock management - Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks - Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Strong communication skills to interact with team members and vendors effectively - Knowledge of warehouse operations including loading/unloading procedures This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can utilize your organizational skills and contribute to the smooth operation of our stockroom.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.78 - $17.44 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
