SUMMARY

Responsible for assuring that products are tested to meet the highest quality standards as determined by performance specifications. Adheres to GDP to ensure data integrity and traceability. Effectively implement and maintain the company's standard operating procedures (SOPs).

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

None required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare annual product reviews

Provide documentation and metrics for corporate quality system management review meetings

Participate in and support internal and external quality audits; conduct internal audits, issue internal audit reports, and monitor implementation of corrective and preventive (CAPA) plans, external audit preparation, and support

QUALIFICATIONS

Comprehensive knowledge of FDA cGMPs/QSRs, ICH guidelines, and ISO 9001/13485 requirements applicable to OTC and prescription drugs, Class I and II medical devices, nutritional supplements, and cosmetic products

Comprehensive knowledge of annual product review requirements

Working knowledge of product labeling requirements

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail

Excellent organizational abilities to meet accelerated timelines, manage priorities and maximize efficiencies

Superior technical and professional writing skills

Computer proficiency; MS Office applications. Working knowledge of FDA ESG and SPL

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

3-5 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical Quality/Regulatory Compliance is preferred.

BA/BS in life science is desired.

Professional Certification (i.e., CQA, RAC) is preferred.
