Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging and effective learning materials for various educational programs.
Duties:
- Design and develop instructional material, content, and curriculum for both classroom and online learning environments.
- Utilize learning management systems (LMS) to deliver course content and track learner progress.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and develop appropriate solutions.
- Utilize tools such as Adobe Captivate and Adobe Creative Suite to create interactive multimedia content.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews on all training materials to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Incorporate adult education principles into the design of learning materials.
- Provide guidance on visual design elements to enhance the overall learning experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
- Proven experience in curriculum development, content development, and instructional design.
- Proficiency in using learning technologies and authoring tools such as LMS, Adobe Captivate, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of visual design principles to create engaging learning materials.
- Familiarity with adult education methodologies and best practices.
