We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Manager to join our team. As a Financial Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial statements, month end close, assist with external audit and help prepare presentations for the board. This highly visible role will oversee two direct reports.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

- Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial reports in accordance with GAAP and regulatory guidelines

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial information for reporting purposes

- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations

- Provide support during external audits

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification required

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting or related roles

- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
