Pinnacle Women's Center is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Peoria, AZ

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to the staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.

Duties:

- Manage and maintain office equipment, and inventory

- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events

- Supervise administrative staff and provide training and development opportunities

- Handle incoming calls and correspondence

- Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation

- Assist with HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records

- Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean and organized work environment

- Assist with special projects as needed

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in calendar management, schedule management, and event planning

- Experience in supervising and training development of administrative staff

- Excellent clerical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment

- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- High level of professionalism and integrity
