Overview:
We are seeking a skilled IT Support professional to join our team. As an IT Support specialist, you will play a crucial role in aiding in maintaining our company's IT systems and providing technical assistance to our staff in collaboration with the IT manger.
Duties:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network issues
- Install, configure, and update software applications
- Set up and maintain computer hardware
- Assist users with IT-related problems and inquiries
- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with the IT Manager to implement solutions and enhancements
- Communicate effectively with staff in relation to current issues and processes
Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft systems.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Ability to troubleshoot software problems and provide effective solutions
