Assembly Production

Turbo Solutions, located in Pennsauken N.J. is a leading wholesale supplier of new and remanufactured Turbochargers, specializing in heavy and medium duty trucks. We are looking for a motivated individual who is an automotive enthusiast to help grow our Turbocharger business. This is an entry level position that does not require mechanical experience as we will supply ongoing training and mentoring. It is a perfect position for individuals with mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, a desire for knowledge and learning, and eager to be part of a team committed to excellence.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

· Disassembling and cleaning of used turbochargers

· Inspection and assembling rebuilt turbochargers

· Cross training in all production positions

· Following all company quality standards and procedures

· Proper use and maintenance of all equipment and tooling

· Adherence to all Safety policies and perform duties with Safety at the forefront

· Ongoing two way communication with management to ensure work is performed in an efficient, high quality, and safe manner

Requirements and Qualifications:

· Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs

· Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time required

· Willingness to learn and follow company safety and standard work procedures

· Honesty and Integrity

· Desire to work in a team environment with a positive attitude

· Dependable and punctual
