- $26 to $32 per hour - based on experience
- Full Time – 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- 6 Paid Holidays

We have been growing at an aggressive pace and are looking to grow our team! Our Sales group is currently seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join us at our headquarters in Pennsauken. The primary responsibilities for this position include: order processing, following up with customers regarding past, current, and future orders, sales reporting, team management, collaboration with upper management to continuously improve the development of the sales team.

Education, Experience, Skills & Abilities:
- Minimum of 5 years of Inside Sales experience in the Manufacturing industry
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills – verbal & written
- Attention to detail, critical thinker
- Strong Leadership skills
- High school diploma (or equivalent), bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Our facility in Pennsauken is set up to manufacture AN, MS, NAS and OEM bolts to print.
