- Responsibilities : - Greet and welcome visitors and guests- Answer calls and direct messages as needed - Complete customer return paperwork- Handle all daily deposits - Update all accounts with credits and payments - Handle weekly audit of all invoices - Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary - Maintain all customer account credit files Requirements;
- Prior work experience as A / R generalist a plus - Basic knowledge of General Ledger Accounts- Experience with credit card processing and recordkeeping - Experience with MS Offices- Excellent organization and communication skills
