- Coordinate with the patients if referrals or auths are needed
- Handle Multiple phone lines and heavy call volume
- Prompt handling of calls, emails, faxes
- Perform other office duties
- Shift: Monday – Friday; 8:00am to 5:30pm
- 1-2 years of medical scheduler/phone operator exp
- Customer service exp
- Exp with handling medical records/scanning
- Light insurance knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Immediate enrollment in Health Insurance
- Dental Insurance
- Life Insurance

- Access to Investment Accounts
