Southern Fire Control is Hiring a Project Manager Near Pembroke, FL

Duties:

- Bilingual (English, Spanish).

- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

- Develop project plans, including defining project goals, objectives, tasks, resources, and timelines.

- Coordinate project activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and tracking action items.

- Utilize project management tools such as Monday.com to track project status and communicate updates to stakeholders.

- Conduct regular project status updates with key stakeholders to ensure transparency and manage expectations.

- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and making adjustments as needed.

- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, risk registers, and lessons learned.

Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or related field.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks.

- Proficient in using project management systems and tools (Excel, Outlook, Monday.com, Word.)

- Demonstrated experience in project coordination and program development.

- Excellent facilitation skills for conducting meetings with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management principles.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvements through process mapping.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
