The Intersect Group is hiring for a Billing Manager to support our client located in Atlanta, GA. This opportunity is Direct Hire for a growing company, and has exposure to a lot of moving parts. For immediate consideration, apply today!
Responsibilities:
- Manage a small focused team located in the US and Mexico.
- Manage the end-to-end AMP Business Process – Pricing workbook, accruals, contract reconciliation management, & monthly, quarterly AMP Billing at a global level.
- Manage the government billings process; including manual invoicing, PO discrepancies, collection issues, PO closeouts, receiving report follow-up, and other responsibilities as assigned. (should we include this ?)
- Transform the AMP billing process including identifying improvement needs for Pricing and AMP Billing that will increase process efficiency.
- Partner with the Collections Supervisor, AMP Collections team & Customer’s to review billing requirements, discrepancies and ensure accurate vendor setups.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience leading a complex billing department including leading a successful transformation initiative.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or equivalent
- Experience with large ERP’s.
- Experience with implementations.
- Passion to continuously improve current processes and procedures.
