YOUR ROLE AS A PHYSICAL THERAPIST - OUTPATIENT
As a new Outpatient Physical Therapist at Episcopal Homes of Minnesota, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our residents in a supportive and collaborative environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic exercises to help individuals improve mobility and reduce pain. You will have the chance to utilize your problem-solving skills to address the unique needs of each resident and work towards achieving their rehabilitation goals. With a focus on empathy and integrity, you will build meaningful relationships with residents and their families to provide the highest quality care. WHAT MATTERS MOST
To be successful as an Outpatient Physical Therapist at Episcopal Homes, you will need to have a strong educational background, including being a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Additionally, having at least 3 years of outpatient experience will be essential to excel in this role. While not required, preferred experience in senior living will be beneficial as you work with our residents to support their unique healthcare needs. Your ability to demonstrate empathy, problem-solving skills, and integrity will be key in providing compassionate care to those we serve.
