Job Description

Clinical Case Manager, START Passaic

Grounded in a spirituality that treasures the dignity of all, The Center for Great Expectations seeks to create a safe place, safe presence, and a safe path, that enables clients to experience, choose and maintain physical, psychological, social and spiritual health for themselves, their children and families. Our continuum of care offers trauma-informed, behavioral health services to our clients in residential, community and outpatient settings.

The Center for Great Expectations is seeking a compassionate individual to join our START Program team as Clinical Case Manager in the Passaic, NJ area working with Women in the community with mental health and/or substance use disorders.

As a Clinical Case Manager, you will work collaboratively with a dedicated team to assess client needs and ensure they receive the most effective case management services. You will play a vital role in their recovery journey by providing screenings, brief interventions, and connecting them with essential resources ensuring they have the tools and support needed to thrive.

In addition to a passion for providing empathetic care, candidates must have a Master’s degree in human services, social work, psychology, counseling, education, health, or another related field and an LAC or LSW (or currently pursuing licensure in NJ). We will also consider master’s level students who are graduating in 2024 and applying for State licensure (LAC, LSW and/or LCADC) within six months of graduation.
