With at least 3 years of experience under your belt, including a stint as a Senior Staff, you're ready to take on new challenges and elevate your career. You'll thrive in our fast-paced environment, embracing every opportunity to learn and grow.Responsibilities:• Manage and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards• Execute balance sheet reconciliations and bank reconciliations• Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and timely• Prepare and post journal entries as part of the month-end close process• Utilize Microsoft Excel to track, analyze, and report on financial data• Operate larger robust ERP systems such as NetSuite and SAP for various accounting tasks• Assist in the analysis and cost accounting to help drive business decisions• Continuously learn and adapt to new accounting practices and standards• Take ownership of tasks and projects, demonstrating a commitment to improving company-wide practices• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks as needed.SALARY: $70,000 - $90,000BENEFITS OFFERED:Healthcare Benefits: Medical, Dental, and VisionOther Insurance: Life, AD& D, DisabilityRetirement Plan: 401k w/ company matchPTO: 15 days to start.
