Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal staff to resolve any project related issues and concerns. (Billings, closing dates, change orders/deducts, trailing cost, etc.).
- Work within existing ERP system to accurately book customer projects, track warranty project completion dates, and ensure proper closure of both.
- Manage subcontract process, including collection and execution of subcontracts, subcontract lien waivers, and resolution of open payables issues.
- Create SOV's and generate accurate AIA invoices monthly per customer invoicing schedules.
- Work with customers and collections department for collecting payments and resolving disputes.
- Works under moderate supervision to perform clerical activities; responds to moderately complex email and phone inquiries.
- Oversee OCIP/CCIP process, as well as timesheet/payroll submittal through MSD and assist in prevailing wage/ Davis Bacon requirements.
- Verifies data entry and monitors the maintenance of records.
- Maintain and update information in customer and vendor files up to and including address changes, pricing, products, delivery instructions, or other customer notes as needed.
