Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Office Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in our office facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and custodial services, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants.
Responsibilities:
1. Work to keep the 2 main office buildings and housing offices in a clean, safe, orderly
condition.
2. Keep the Primary Care office clean and up to standards for a working doctors office &
lab.
3. Completes janitorial tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows and
restrooms.
4. Gathers and empty trash.
5. Keep equipment, furniture, fixtures and walls clean.
6. Make sure restrooms are stocked.
7. Keep all public spaces neat and tidy. Report repairs and replacements to the Office
Manager.
8. Maintain all cleaning equipment, supplies and products; ensure safe and sanitary storage
of products.
9. Additional cleaning and organizational tasks that arise.
Experience:
● Reliable transportation required
● Cleaning experience required
● Ability to stand for long periods of time
● Organized and able to build independent cleaning schedule
● Must adhere to confidentiality requirements as outlined in 42 CFR, Part 2. (HIPAA)
● Should demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills with the
ability to prioritize, coordinate with high level of quality and productivity.
