- This position is a hybrid role. Employees work collaboratively in office on Tuesday and Wednesday in Parsippany, NJ*
- Accountable for creating designs that effectively address user needs and enhance user experience
- Ensure that all design elements are intuitive, accessible, and contribute to a seamless user journey
- Conduct user research to gather insights on user needs and behaviours
- Develop and iterate on UI/UX designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
- Perform usability testing to validate design concepts and identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure a cohesive product vision and execution
- Iterate on designs based on testing, feedback, and changing requirements
- Communicate design rationale and specifications clearly to non-design team members
- Create and maintain design documentation, including user flows, process flows, and design specifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in interaction design, behavioural sciences, industrial design, or a related field. Relevant experience can compensate for formal education.
- Min 5 years of experience as a Product Designer
- Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and others
- Knowledge of UX design processes and methodologies, such as user research, persona creation, user journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Good understanding of design principles, including colour theory, typography, layout, and branding
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance user needs with business objectives and outcomes
- Strong empathy towards users, understanding their needs, challenges and motivations
- A team player with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Ability to analytically interpret user data and feedback
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with building B2B products is a plus
