- Be able to perform painting functions in a competent, timely manner with the highest degree of artisanship.
- Proper use of ladders, scaffolding, sprayers, access equipment and pressure washers.
- Aptitude to learn the trade.
- Attendance, appearance, language, and proper use of equipment.
- Training according to the Moorhouse Coating standards and procedures.
- Perform daily huddles for safety meetings and task management
- Proper use of ladders, scaffolding, and sprayers
- Be able to communicate with others
- Excellent organizational skills
- Have product knowledge and paint assessment skills
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Experience or construction experience required.
- Ability to travel up to 1 hour per day.
- Full-time employment
