Andy's Flour Power is Hiring an Outside Sales Representative (W2) Near Panama, FL

Merchant Management Group is a Payments Technology Company based in Panama City. We're a registered, wholesale ISO with an A rating with the BBB and have been serving hundreds of Gulf Coast Businesses since 2004.

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven W2 Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a leading provider of merchant services, we specialize in offering tailored payment solutions to businesses of all sizes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with clients, build relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, identify, and close new business opportunities within a designated territory.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and present customized solutions to clients.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of services.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the merchant services industry.
  • Strong prospecting and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and goals.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
