Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in Medical/Surgical settings to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced medical environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and document patient conditions and reactions to medications
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards
- Assist in specialized procedures such as spinal taps and ophthalmology exams

Experience:
The ideal candidate should have experience or knowledge in the following areas:
- Infection control practices
- Patient assessment techniques
- Working with geriatric patients
- Dementia care protocols
- Familiarity with Athenahealth systems
- Experience in coding and documentation
- Knowledge of spinal tap procedures

This position requires a compassionate individual who is detail-oriented, possesses strong communication skills, and can work effectively in a team environment. A background in Medical/Surgical nursing is preferred.

Pay: $56,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year
