Job Title - Marketing Specialist 
Location - Palo Alto, CA (Onsite)
Contract - 1 Year (Likely of extension)
Bilingual - Fluent in English and Mandarin - "Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China."
Salary - $28- $38/hr 
Job description : 

• Coordinate, and execute various marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, and workshops. Ensure our brand message is consistently conveyed across all events
• Responsibilities include the setup and teardown of event booths and displays, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. During events, you will actively engage with prospects, providing them with insightful information about our products and services, and enhancing their overall experience.
• Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and website content. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visuals and messaging.
• Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Use data to optimize future marketing efforts.
• Assist in Digital Marketing Campaigns and outreach leveraging on our Database.
• Work closely with Vendors, Legal, Tax and Finance team on marketing purchase order processing.
• Coordinate MBA/ TPP communication for Marketing team and headquarter.
• Support sales leads clean up and upload to CRM system for record maintenance.
• Daily support to marketing team i.e. meeting arrangement and materials support, training notification, team activities coordination.
• Ensure that we can track outbound and inbound campaign lead generation into Sales Funnel Tracker
• Assist in applying for Voucher application and Account registration
