We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Allergy Specialist to join our team. As an Allergy Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with allergies and related conditions. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine the presence of allergies and related conditions
- Oversee allergy testing, including skin prick tests and blood tests
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on test results and patient history
- Oversee allergy shots or prescribe medication to manage symptoms
- Educate patients on allergen avoidance strategies and self-care measures
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in allergy treatments and research

Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Allergy and Immunology
- Proficiency in using ICD-10 coding standards for accurate documentation and billing purposes
- Excellent understanding of anatomy and its relation to allergic reactions
- Exceptional diagnostic skills to accurately identify allergies and related conditions
- Effective communication skills to educate patients on treatment options and allergen avoidance strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $150.00 per hour
