Job Description:
The Patient Care Coordinator manages the nurse/client relationship. The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for understanding the staffing needs of each client family to understand the client’s staffing preferences. The Patient Care Coordinator is also responsible for managing and developing relationships with our nurses. The Patient Care Coordinator must work closely with our nurses to understand their staffing desires and limitations to best match our nurses with our clients. The Patient Care Coordinator must provide exceptional customer service to both our clients and our nurses.
In addition to managing our nurses and providing excellent customer services to our clients, the Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for posting ads, recruiting, interview, and hiring / reactivating nurses to join our healthcare field staff. The Patient Care Coordinator will work closely with our clinical supervisors to manage our healthcare field staff and ensure all employees are appropriately following company policies & procedures.
