Project Manager - Full Time

The company has garnered numerous prestigious awards, including the esteemed BIA Builder of the Year Award, top honors for overall projects from The National Association of Home Builders, Gold Nugget Awards, and Builder's Choice Awards, among many others. We are seeking for a seasoned Project Manager to join our family.
The ideal candidate will have experience in custom homes/tract homes, and new development.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the project from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
  • Work with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
  • Resolve any issues that arise during the project
  • Communicate with clients and keep them updated on the progress of the project

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in project management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
