Job DescriptionThe Insurance Operations Analyst will support the workflow process, including reinsurance business underwriting, claims, and accounting. This role will ensure accurate insurance policy summaries are submitted on time, ingestion into the system, and correspondence with internal (underwriting support, claims administration, and finance and accounting data, analysis, and reports) as well as external partners. Conducts moderate to complex operational analyses that support informed decision-making within the business unit, under the direction of a Sr. Bus. Analyst or immediate supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming insurance policy summaries from program managers
- Review and ensure insurance policy summaries submitted have accurate template format
- Complete review of validation errors from insurance policy summaries, follow up with individual program managers for correction
- Ensure and maintain accurate data within the LOC, written and affiliate insurance policy summaries trackers
- Manage the LOC process
- Manage OFAC check process
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners both internal and external
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: 3 years
