Thank you for considering a position with us! We are Edge Electric and Stryker Electric, a group of leading electrical contractors in Texas and Florida. This position is for Diversified Electrical Services, our low-voltage division in Florida. About The JobWe are seeking experienced Low Voltage electricians with commercial experience.
This position is Full Time and we have an immediate need in Port St Lucie County, Martin County, and Palm Beach County. Starting Pay is $21-$29 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus employee benefits valued at up to an additional $5 per hour.
Qualifications:3-5 years of low-voltage electrical experience in commercial buildings.Efficiency in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and making Low Voltage repairs promptly.Respond quickly to all Low Voltage Service requests.Inspect Low Voltage Electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.Experience working with hand tools, some power tools, and electronic test equipmentRequirements: Must be authorized for employment in the US and have a Clean Driver's License

We will pay to get you trained. With our Employee Apprenticeship Program, we will pay for your tuition to attend school and get certified while you're employed with us.

Moreover, an employee who requests and receives company-approved sponsorship for an apprenticeship program through IEC or another accredited Low Voltage Electrical apprenticeship program will have their tuition paid in advance. The company has full discretion to approve or deny said tuition reimbursement. Any employee who is interested in this benefit should reach out to Human Resources and their direct Supervisor.
