OED (Operation Engineering Division) has the integrated operative function for various semiconductor processes technology, foundry operation, PDK, and test technologies in semiconductor development and manufacturing, and one of the most exciting workplace that are able to interact with various stake holders like Marketing, Design, and other internal and external Fabs in the world.
The Senior Power Process Technology Engineer will be responsible for the process development and execution of a program to develop and commercialize IPD. This role will require a strong understanding of IPD monolithic process development, as well as experience in program management from risk mitigation perspective. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in delivering complex programs. This position is in DDT (Device Development Technology Group) in OED. This position will require the candidate to be based in our Palm Bay, Florida location (acceptable in mid-US area).
