We are actively seeking highly motivated, Assistant Managers from all backgrounds to join our team. Hourly salary range for role is $14.50 - $17.00 per hour
In addition, our Assistant Shop Managers are eligible for a monthly commission and bonus program. Average bonus and commission plans for high performing Assistant Shop Manager can add up to $1.50 - $2.00 per hour to your hourly salary.
- Manage and facilitate daily shop operations including opening and closing on time on manager’s days off
- Provide a customer experience above industry standard and maintain high review ratings
- Assisting store manager in all aspects of the store management process
- Monitoring and training new employees
- Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations
- Ensuring a clean and visually pleasing store environment
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and electronically using Microsoft Outlook and Teams

- Assist store manager with monitoring and tracking in shop performance goals
