- Medication administration and documentation in a safe, timely manner in accordance with all applicable rules, regulations, laws, policies and procedures.
- Administration of treatments and documentation in a safe, timely manner in accordance with all applicable rules, regulations, laws, polices and procedures.
- Documents and communicates resident care and conditions in both written and verbal form to interdisciplinary team and other health care settings to ensure continuity of care with adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Performs evaluations and documents findings with communication to the physician as indicated.
- Updates resident care plans.
- Documents care provided.
- Resolves interpersonal conflicts, work procedure issues, and answer questions regarding care.
- Assists in training and reinforcement of care needed during care shift.
- Delegates tasks to caregivers and oversee their completion.
- Acts as an advocate for residents in the delivery of quality care with regard for resident's rights, wishes, and directives.
LPN license that is current and valid in the State of Arizona
