Join Our Team as a Sales Representative!
Are you a sales-oriented individual who loves building relationships and connecting with customers? Our local tile company in Pineville is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our showroom team. We are willing to train you on our products and the industry, providing an excellent opportunity for career growth!
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and connect with customers in the showroom
• Answer phones and assist customers with inquiries
• Help customers select materials by asking questions, showing product samples, and making suggestions
• Follow up with previous customers and leads
• Build and maintain a book of clientele
• Complete and file paperwork accurately
• Perform other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a driven, results-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Outgoing and friendly personality with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Skilled at asking questions to understand customer needs and make appropriate suggestions
• Adaptable and able to pivot quickly
• Proficient in multitasking with excellent attention to detail and numerical skills
• Ability to get along well with various personality types
