Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Wellness Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate the wellness programs and services provided to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and evaluate wellness programs tailored to residents' needs
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all residents
- Conduct case management and review documentation to ensure compliance with regulations
- Monitor patients' health status, including vital signs and symptoms
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans
- Uphold resident rights and promote a safe and supportive environment
- Utilize physiology and anatomy knowledge to enhance wellness initiatives
- Provide guidance on home health practices for residents in assisted living facilities

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in wellness management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of medical records management and patient monitoring
- Familiarity with care plans development and implementation
- Understanding of resident rights in assisted living communities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
