Identified Talent Solutions is Hiring a Corporate Staff Accountant Near Phoenix, AZ
- Assist project teams in monitoring budgets, preparing budget adjustments, and managing AR/AP activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulations by tracking and securing necessary construction lien releases.
- Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Contribute to month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Support the 1099 process and assist in budget planning for projects.
- Examine financial records, prepare statements, and analyze financial reports.
- Implement new processes to enhance financial efficiency.
- Manage project billing and reconciliation, including vendor invoice processing.
- Maintain consultant files and assist with project-related documentation in Excel, Sage or other platforms.
- Complete special projects and other assigned duties as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Preferably 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
