Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. We are part of the largest retail mattress company in the world. We have 6 locations in the Jackson Metropolitan area and 2 more opening soon. We have been in business 46 years and are family owned. We have one of the largest furniture stores in sales in this area also.
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be guaranteed a certain amount every week and also work off commission of what is sold and delivered. Our Sales Associate team members have the opportunity to make $100,000 plus as a Sales Associate.
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Conduct sales transactions accurately using user friendly software (training provided) or other payment methods
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management and monitoring stock levels
- Demonstrate product features and conduct product demonstrations as needed
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives

We provide training in products, sales technics and operating the point of sale software.
We are looking for someone to join our team as a career. We have several current team members with more 15 years on our team and some with 20 years.
