Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing hemp products
- Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations
- Perform inventory management tasks, including restocking shelves and monitoring product levels
- Assist with product demos and promotions as needed

Experience:

- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for cash handling transactions
- Phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries

Please note that this role requires working in a fast-paced retail environment where the use of electronic point-of-sale systems may be required. Experience in electronics sales or wireless sales is beneficial.
