Salary Range: $78,149-$92,512
(Job Description Attached)Job Goal:The focus of this position is to provide instructional leadership in curriculum, professional learning, and program development around best practice, effective instructional strategies, and educational research for administrators and teachers, so all students master the content standards.
QualificationsMaster’s degree from an accredited college or university in subject(s) related to assignment
Minimum of five (5) years successful experience in corresponding or related positions
Proven record of implementing new practices or programs at a school
Previous successful experience working with adult learners and Instructional Coaches to change classroom practices, instruction, and intervention practices
Previous experience in leadership roles
A passion for learning and teaching
Valid Nevada Department of Education Administrative license, preferred; Or Valid Nevada Department of Education Teaching license with endorsement(s) related to assignment
Valid Nevada Driver License
This position is to begin the 2023-2024 school year. Successful candidate must complete a thorough background check and pass mandatory pre-employment drug & alcohol testing.
Working ConditionsOffice or suitable workspace to carry out functions of position description.
